I have been incredibly lucky to have the privilege to work with Rachel regarding my health goals. She treats each patient as an individual and tailors the program to their specific needs. She has been there to celebrate my successes and supported me through the challenges. I have never had a feeling of failure - even if i didn’t meet my monthly goal(s). Rachel serves to do what we are missing so often in healthcare today - helping her patients live healthier lives. Her mentorship is outstanding and success is had if you put in the effort with the goals you collaborate on.

Inga was exactly what i needed to finally take my health issues seriously. I have tried other coaches, but felt disconnected and disappointed. Inga is kind and compassionate, yet has a no-nonsense approach which has helped me to be honest with myself about my unhealthy habits. I just want to say how frustrating it was to have never struggled with weight until I hit perimenopause (for me it was my 40s) and then I just started packing on the pounds in all the most unhealthy places. I was so distressed, upset, and frankly hated looking in the mirror. During this time I loved the convenience of being able to reach out and chat to Dr. Smith anytime I needed to. She encouraged me to eat healthy and to keep stay active. She also answered all of my insane questions. I read a lot about hormone therapy and when I reached post menopause, I got all the symptoms; hot flashes, irritability, tired, and vaginal dryness. I was informed that I could take hormone replacement and decided to give it a go and I couldn’t be more happy. I seriously feel like my normal self which is about age 30 or so!

Like most people that struggle with weight and health, I have gone up and down using whatever the latest fad diet was at the time. But the results never held.
Until now.
And I owe my success to coach Inga. Over the past 16 months, Inga has been the core part of my journey, providing encouragement, direction, food and exercise options and most of all, accountability.

Weight loss has been a struggle for me since I had my son over 27 years ago and once menopause hit, the struggle became more difficult. I have been a patient of Rachel's for the last two years and initially I was able to lose 60 pounds but I wasn't following the plan exactly and once I stopped taking the weight loss medication, I put back on 20 pounds. If I had been following the plans that Rachel had set up for me, I would have been able to keep off the weight. But life gets complicated and I wasn't working out like I should have been. So when I went back on the plan for the second time with Rachel, I have been able to lose half of the 20 pounds so far. I am working hard this time to follow the plans she has set up for me and working out regularly so that I don't put the weight back on. I feel so much better and more confident now. Rachel has been a huge support in this journey. She is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on the tools needed to succeed. She makes me feel like I can do it and is always available to me when I have a question. I am so happy I found Rachel and her program and would recommend her to anyone who is struggling to lose weight. It is NOT cheating to take weight loss medication. Don't feel guilty, weight loss is hard! But you can do it and Rachel is there to support you in your journey.
