New Client Evaluation

Initial Consult | 90-minute appointment

We will conduct a complete review of your medical history, symptom history, and recent labs. In-person visits will include a physical exam and body composition testing using state-of-the-art bio-electrical impedence testing if appropriate.

You will leave the appointment with a suggested plan of care and will have the opportunity to select how you would prefer to continue your work with Aspect Wellness to optimize your health.

Comprehensive Weight Loss and Hormone Membership | 12 Months

Your journey will be individualized to your needs. It will include:

Comprehensive baseline and follow up labs done every 3 months
Personalized nutrition plan
Personalized exercise guidelines
Monthly medical check-ins via telehealth
Access to Trainerize app for food and activity logging, programmed workouts and meal plans
Twice monthly coaching calls
Access to your coach and your healthcare provider via secure text
Your body composition will be updated quarterly
10% discount off recommended supplements
Prescription (cost not included)for FDA approved weight loss medications (Trulicity, Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Qsymia, Contrave and generics) if desired and appropriate - you may be able to use your insurance
Renew for six or 12-month plan if you are not at goal.
Activate maintenance membership if you have achieved your goal weight.

Maintenance Membership | 12 Months

Congratulations! You’ve worked hard. Although 80% of people who lose weight will regain over time, those who continue doing all the things that helped them lose weight have a greater chance of maintaining successfully! Research demonstrates the safety of continuing weight loss medications for the purpose of preventing weight regain. Whether or not you choose to continue medication, periodic check-in visits can help to keep you on track and make sure we are ready to intervene quickly if weight regain occurs.

Maintenance plan includes:

Monthly text check-ins
Quarterly telehealth visits
Yearly in-person visit to update body composition
Continuation of weight loss prescriptions if desired and appropriate.

HORMONE BALANCING

Women’s Hormone Membership | 12 Months

Hormone balancing is an art and a science. It takes weeks for women to feel a difference in their hormones and months before the full effect can be determined. Finding the right dose and timing to alleviate your symptoms will take time and careful monitoring.

You will have quarterly follow-up visits.
Basic metabolic and hormone lab evaluation cost is included in the membership pricing done at baseline and every 3 months.
Prescription cost is not included. Depending on the diagnosis, if you have prescription coverage, some hormone replacement therapy may be covered. FDA approved medication body-identical as well as bio-identical (BHRT)medications will be discussed.
You will have access to secure texting with your provider.
