Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this practice for?

This practice is designed for high-achieving women in midlife who are noticing a meaningful decline in their clarity, energy, resilience, and performance — and want a precise, medically grounded explanation and plan. If you are looking for a quick fix, a prescription without a strategy, or a general wellness program, this is not the right fit. If you are ready to understand exactly what is happening physiologically and commit to a structured path forward, you are in the right place.

How much time does this require each week?

The program is designed to work within the life of a high-performing woman — not compete with it. Medical visits are typically monthly or as clinically indicated. Coaching and check-ins are structured and efficient. The foundational work — nutrition, movement, sleep, stress regulation — is built into your existing life, not layered on top of it as another obligation. The investment is in the outcome, not in the hours.

Is care available virtually?

Yes. The Precision Performance Assessment and ongoing program care are available via telehealth for clients in Florida, Iowa, Massachusetts, Arizona, Colorado, and Alaska. In-person visits are available at our Bradenton, Florida location.

How long is the program?

The Precision Performance Partnership is a six-month engagement. The Precision Performance & Longevity Partnership extends to twelve months for clients pursuing deeper physiologic refinement and long-term risk optimization. Both are structured as longitudinal partnerships — not a series of disconnected visits — because meaningful physiologic change requires time, data, and iteration.

Do you offer hormone replacement therapy?

Yes. Hormone evaluation and replacement therapy for women — including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone where clinically appropriate — is a core component of the practice. Men’s testosterone replacement therapy is also available. All hormonal care is individualized, data-informed, and integrated into a broader metabolic and performance strategy.

What if I’m not sure I’m ready to commit to a full program?

The Precision Performance Assessment exists precisely for this moment. It is a standalone clinical evaluation — not a sales conversation — that gives you a clear picture of what is happening in your body and what a structured path forward looks like. Many women find that the assessment itself provides more clarity than years of fragmented medical appointments. From there, the decision about next steps is entirely yours.

Do you work with weight loss medications like GLP-1s?

When clinically appropriate, yes. Medications including GLP-1 receptor agonists are available as one tool within a comprehensive metabolic strategy. They are never the entire plan. The focus is always on understanding the root physiology, building a strong metabolic foundation, and using medications strategically — not as a substitute for the deeper work.
