I was sitting at around 275lbs. Always tired, sleeping awful, low libido, difficulty putting on muscle, among a host of other things. I went to my GP looking for some solutions, and she flat out just told me I’m too fat. She said if I lost about 50lbs most everything would go away. Honestly, I was shocked at her bluntness but I think it’s what I needed to hear.
She recommended Rachel to me and after seeing her we got to work straight away.
I was already working out regularly, but with her guidance and support we have made some amazing strides. Coupled with coaching with Inga, I dropped down to 185lbs. From there I started to really focus on adding muscle. Over the past year and a half I added significant muscle to my frame, jumping back up to about 220lbs. Most everything that was ailing me has gone away. I sleep better, feel better, look better. Thank you Rachel. Lately the past few months, Rachel has been helping me with a TRT protocol to optimize my hormones and let me tell you, I feel better now than I did 20 years ago. During the pandemic, I shot up over 100 pounds. I was unhealthy. I was working seven days a week and I was really unable to choose a healthy lifestyle. The gym was closed, my trainer was unable to continue with his business. One day I saw a picture of me that was posted on Facebook and I looked at the picture and did not recognize the person that I had become. I was nearly 260 pounds. I was prediabetic. Every joint in my body hurt when I got out of bed. I just was absolutely at the end of my rope. I kept saying to myself. You’re too young to feel like this. Â
 I decided it was time for me to truly take control of my life and my health. I didn’t want the rest of my life to be miserable and to be uncomfortable and unhealthy. I didn’t want to be on a ton of medication. You know I’ve got the best years of my life coming up, I want to be able to keep up with grandchildren and be able to travel all over the world and walk everywhere and not just sit around and be miserable.Â
I am in better shape now than when I was running marathons in my 30s. I am lifting heavy weights and feel so strong! I feel amazing and confident. If I can inspire just one person with my journey, I’m happy to share it.
