Health coaching involves working with a dedicated coach to set personalized health goals (diet, exercise, lifestyle, stress management), build healthier habits, overcome challenges, and get ongoing support and accountability.
Is the nutrition plan rigid — do I have to follow a strict diet?
No. Rather than strict diets or deprivation, we design sustainable meal plans tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and goals — making healthy eating manageable long-term.
Do you prescribe medications or injections for weight loss?
Yes — when appropriate and depending on your individual needs, we may offer FDA-approved oral medications or injectables (such as GLP-1 / GLP/GIP) to support appetite control and metabolic health. That said, medication is optional and not mandatory for everyone.
What about hormone balance — do you offer treatment for both men and women?
Yes. We provide individualized hormone-evaluation and, if suitable, hormone-replacement therapy: testosterone (TRT) for men and hormone therapy (HRT) for women. Plans are tailored to each person’s needs.
How do you assess my baseline health and progress?
We offer comprehensive initial assessments — including nutrition & lifestyle evaluation, metabolic testing, body composition analysis (muscle, fat, etc.) — to understand your starting point. Progress is tracked over time to ensure safe and effective improvements.
How long does the program last?

Can I just get coaching or nutrition advice without medications or hormone therapy?
Absolutely. Our services are fully customizable. If you prefer lifestyle-based coaching, nutrition and behavioral changes, or fitness planning — with no medications or hormone treatments — that is entirely fine.
What kind of support and accountability will I get?
You’ll work with a dedicated coach and, if applicable, a medical provider. Ongoing support, regular check-ins, goal tracking, adjustments, and encouragement are all part of our concierge-style approach — designed to help you stay on track and succeed.
